21 Times “Titanic” Perfectly Described Your Love Life

April 15, 1912. A day that changed history. 103 years ago, the RMS Titanic sank. It was devastating, shocking, and made for a damn good movie. A movie that has given us lady boners, emotional cries, and unrealistic romantic expectations for most of our lives. Why do we love it so much? Because it’s always relevant. And now, more than ever, I realize just how much Titanic gets us.

You’re at the bar and suddenly, you see “the one”.

So you try to be sexy.

And he does a little “come over here” motion.

You start to get to know each other.

And you exchange phone numbers.

The next day you text him something funny and totally respond-worthy.

And you start getting anxious when five minutes go by with no response.

Which is, you know. Slightly annoying.

But then, your phone buzzes.

And it’s him, asking you on a “date.”

Which doesn’t mean exactly what you thought it meant.

But by the time you leave his place, you’re feeling pretty good about this whole thing.

So you go home and start planning your future together.

But then one of your friends says she knows alllll about him.

So you do some Facebook creeping,

And find out that he has a girlfriend.

At first you’re like

And you have fantilsities of what you would do to him.

But then you’re just like

Because you’re a boss ass bitch.

Who don’t need no man.
