I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I fucking love Amy Schumer. She’s the single most relatable person, ever. And she never fails to commit, whether she’s owning hecklers, posing in spanx, posing naked, falling in front of Kimye, or just generally being an awesome human being. She’s my idol, and she should be yours, too.
Amy attended Sunday’s Mets game at Citi Field in New York. She rooted for the home team alongside her father and boyfriend, Ben Hanisch, a furniture maker and solid 9. She quickly caught fans’ attention because hello, she’s Amy fucking Schumer.
She eventually made an appearance on the kiss cam, a device created to humiliate newby couples and create awkward situations for siblings in close proximity. But Amy doesn’t recognize the word awkward, because when given the opportunity, home girl fucking delivers.
Ugh, I love her. She’s adorable, and I let out an audible “aww” when I saw her sneak a smooch on her dad’s cheek. But she’s a comedian, so she had to top it all off with a hilariously over-exaggerated makeout sesh with her boyfriend, who is clearly just along for the ride. All hail Queen Amy. .
