Arkansas State AGD’s Recruitment Video Features A Life-Sized Squirrel Scurrying About The House

Squirrel

Some sororities are blessed with really great mascots. Others have to make it work. Alpha Gamma Delta, lovely women I’m sure, got the short end of the stick with a squirrel. It’s not great. But they do what they can. The AGD women of Arkansas State University recently embraced their weird mascot in, well, a pretty weird recruitment video.

I couldn’t decide how I felt about this personally — the scurrying through the lawn, the foraging through the fridge, the fucking tail — but it’s been hailed “the funniest recruitment video I’ve ever seen,” by our own Danny Regs.

In any case, I appreciate that this is a group of pretty girls who decided they’d rather showcase their sense of humor instead of their ability to blow glitter.
