Sources confirm that Adam Brody, 33, and Leighton Meester, 26, have been “secretly dating” for weeks. OMG OMG OMG. SETH COHEN LEFT SUMMER ROBERTS AND MOVED ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO DATE BLAIR WALDORF. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?! CHUCK BASS IS BACK ON THE MARKET, BITCHES!
Ok, I totally understand that Brody and Meester are completely separate entities from the TV characters that made them famous, but a girl can dream, can’t she?
Anyway, even though Seth and Leighton have been trying to keep the early stages of their relationship under wraps, the cat’s out of the proverbial bag, I guess, because the two have been spotted vacationing in Thailand, and have been since hanging out back in LA together.
I actually love this. I actually think Seth is super hot. Maybe it’s his adorable, sweet, vulnerable personality. Maybe it’s his Jewish heritage. Unclear. Either way, I think Seth is a definite upgrade from Leighton’s previous boyfriend, the virtually unknown actor Aaron Himelstein. I also think she is absolutely gorgeous, so aesthetically, they work as a couple too. I feel like they’re the perfect blend of young and fun but also elegant and chic as well. I wonder if they’re going to go on double dates with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds? I wonder if this is all the work of the CW, in hopes of creating hype for some OC/Gossip Girl hybrid revival style series? Dear God let that be it. Either way, I’m fucking living for it, and I’m calling dibs on Chuck Bass regardless.
