Girl Gets Out Of MIP At Chilifest By Beating Cop At Rock, Paper, Scissors

Chilifest

Drinking underage is an illegal, yet practically essential part of most 18-20-year-olds’ college careers. It’s so commonplace that it almost doesn’t feel like it’s against the law. Until you see a cop, that is and your life flashes before your eyes when you hear those three little words “Minor in Possession,” and you go through the natural, though irrational, series of erratic thoughts. What am I going to tell my parents? This is going to follow me for the rest of my life. Will I get kicked out of school? How will I pay my bills? I’m going to be homeless. I have no future. Will I have to suck D for crack money henceforth?

One brave underage soul got busted with alcohol at Chilifest, a music festival near Texas A&M that raises money for charity.

and as fate would have it, her arresting officer was a gambling man. His game of choice? Not cards, or slots — but a simple game of “Rock, Paper, Scissors.” Truly luck of the draw. And for whatever reason, he allowed the underage girl to play for her freedom. (Sorry, I’m getting dramatic here.) If she beat him at “Rock, Paper, Scissors,” he’d let her off without issuing an MIP.

Look at the sheer terror in her face.

Terror

Until she fucking won.

Let’s watch that again from another angle.

That can’t be legal on the cop’s part, but it seems like there were several police officers gathered around watching the round of RPS just as intensely as the belligerent students, so homegirl lived to drink another day.
