Girl Posting Annoying Pictures of Her New Relationship, Gets Trolled By Her Own Parents

ok

You know those people you hate on Instagram? The ones that have been going out with someone for like 2.2 seconds and all they do is post pictures of their new significant other with hashtags like #truelove and #finallyfoundhim? Well, Emily Musson, a student at LIM College in New York City, is one of those people.

She has been dating her new boyfriend, Johnny, for two weeks and has been blowing up her social media accounts with sickening lovey-dovey pictures of herself and her new lover. Assuming her friends are normal humans, I can only presume that their reaction is the same as mine when one of my ladies starts the “beginning of a relationship” social media barrage: eye-rolling and skimming right past said-friend’s pictures, if not simply muting her all together.

But Emily’s parents, Nancy and Craig, decided to take a different route to expressing their amusement at the ridiculousness of their daughter’s pictures. The couple, who has been together for twenty-eight years, decided to recreate them and post them on Facebook.

Emily’s been the one getting all of the attention since she tweeted the pictures earlier this week, saying, “I mean I guess this is funny but not like over 30k favs funny. [sic]” But quite frankly, I think that Nancy and Craig look like a helluva lot more fun than Emily and Johnny, amirite?
