Internet Trolls Are Pissed At Matt LeBlanc For Being A Heterosexual Male Who Wants To See Emilia Clarke Naked

In case you missed the Emmy Awards, silver fox Matt LeBlanc had a brief interview encounter with Emilia Clarke. The two apparently met back in May, when Emilia gushed over Matt, her childhood TV crush. I think he used to star in a sitcom, where he played some guy named “Joey,” or something. Can’t be sure. Watch her fangirl over him, hard:

Last night, when the interviewer asked LeBlanc if he watches Game of Thrones, Matt responded the following:

“I saw the first season and then kind of fell out of touch with it, and I guess that’s when she started getting naked, so I need to catch up.”

I get it. Game of Thrones is no stranger to nudity, and when I first started watching I was actually under the impression that the entire series was one long porno with a really good storyline. I’m pretty sure that 60 percent of viewers are there for the nudity alone, and Emilia Clarke is probably one of the most gorgeous actresses in the series.

But, of course, people were mad. Like, really mad:

This might be an unpopular opinion, but y’all need to calm the fuck down. If Emilia Clarke had said the same thing about Matt LeBlanc, we would all be laughing and celebrating her for being sex-positive. Coming from somebody who objectifies men on a daily basis for the sake of humor, I think we as a society need to chill on the “offensive” front. Some things are offensive, but basic biological attraction is very real, and talking about it isn’t a direct threat or attack.

The funniest part is that half of the media outlets shaming him for this harmless remark were posting galleries of the “30 Best Olympic Bulges” a month ago. Do you people really think this is a news-worthy offense? If I heard that my childhood crush wanted to see me naked, I wouldn’t be up in arms in some radical feminist response. I would be naked, on his doorstep, waiting for him with open arms.

Why is it okay for women to sexualize men, but the second a guy thinks about sexualizing a woman, everyone flips a fat shit? Matt LeBlanc is a babe, Emilia Clarke is a babe, and if one more person says this encounter was offensive, they’re going on my shitlist. Cracking a joke doesn’t make a guy a misogynist, but overreacting to that joke definitely makes you an asshole.
