If you haven’t heard by now, Neighbors 2 is currently in the works, and it’s set to once again star Zac Efron, Dave Franco, and Seth Rogen. However, the title of the sequel is Sorority Rising, meaning, hello, it’s about sororities, and the HBIC was, until now, presumed to be Chloe Moretz who is confirmed to be in the film. It was perfect. She’s blonde, and fun, and cute in the way where you don’t really hate her for it.
But now, we’re hit with another bomb of awesome, because Selena Gomez is also set to star in the film. This is amazing. Are Gomez and Moretz to be in rival sororities? Are they BFFs? Will Selena Gomez and Zac Efron make out on screen, giving us the most visually appealing on-screen kiss of all time? Will they start dating after filming commences, and be the only young couple in Hollywood that doesn’t suck?
So many things can happen!
I feel like Selena will portray a horrible sorority girl, and it’s a shame, because if she’d, like, gone to college and shit, she totally would have been one of us. Regardless, the movie is set to air May 20, 2016, and I’m beyond excited to see it..
