The Full Beauty And The Beast Trailer Is Finally Here And It Will Absolutely Give You Stockholm Syndrome

Belle was always my favorite Disney princess, because she was the only one who looked like me. And so, much like Belle, I’ve spent my viable dating years waiting for terrible beasts to change into men worth bringing home to Papa. So when I heard that Disney was creating a live action version of Beauty and the Beast starring Emma Watson, I lost my damn mind. And now that the full-length trailer is finally out, it’s everything.

Holy shit, I have Stockholm Syndrome just thinking about it. I’m about to call up a guy who is absolutely bad for me, and not even that hot, and wait for him to turn into the man of my dreams, because his friends told me “He’s actually a really good guy once you get to know him,” much like Mrs. Potts tells Belle “He’s not as terrible as he seems.” Everything about this perfectly aligns with everything I believe about love, except for the idea that I’d straight up ignore a hot guy like Gaston who clearly rules the town for a literal monster.

2017 can’t come soon enough.

***UPDATE: This is pretty dope.***

Movie Pilot’s side by side of the original animated trailer and the new live action trailer is making me feel all types of things.

Also, props to Belle for having so many different outfits.
