This Is The Secret To The Most Flawless Recruitment Ever, Because Trust Me, You’re Doing It Wrong

Congratulations! You’ve suffered through the grueling three-week process, and 5-hour chapter meeting that was “slating,” and finally, you’ve transitioned. It’s a new semester, and there’s a new e-board in town. Despite the old officers breathing down your necks, and every single senior getting uncontrollably drunk at every single event, if she shows up at all with virtually no consequences, you are finally running the show. Unfortunately, you still have a full semester filled with people who think they know better than you do, and you can either prove them right, and bring dishonor to your family, or you can wise up and pull off the best recruitment the chapter has ever seen.

You know all the bases you have to cover. Blah blah blah, conversation starters, yada yada yada, don’t talk about boys or booze (even though that’s all anyone cares about). But anyone who tells you looks don’t matter is both a liar and a GDI. It’s not hard to be cute for recruitment, really it’s not. But too many of you are neglecting to add spice to your wardrobe. Every sorority on campus is ordering the same t-shirts from the same companies with the same basic typeface. Why not take it to the next level? Stand out. In an ideal world, you’d be attempting to design custom dresses or skirts for your girls with some tees thrown into the mix. Now, that’s possible.

Frill Clothing describes itself as the one-stop shop for sorority recruitment. They specialize in sorority recruitment apparel, which is amazing, and can also accessorize your chapter with in Moon and Lola monograms, Bourbon and Boweties bangles and Nava New York sorority jewelry. They carry regular and plus sizing (from 00-28), which is key when you’re trying to outfit 100+ girls. For recruitment you can either choose an existing design or send in an inspiration photo for a custom look, and you have the option to have everyone match exactly or mix and match everyone’s outfits! From there, they’ll pair plain or fun tops to match skirts for just $10-$25. Possibly the best part is that once your chapter has ordered its dresses, Frill Clothing refuses to send any other sorority from your school the same one. It’s like a prom boutique, without all the taffetta.

The pricing is already super affordable, but Frill Clothing also provides a “Budget Friendly” option or a payment plan for chapters that can’t afford the regularly priced bulk order. AND you don’t even have to feel guilty about looking pretty, because Frill Clothing donates a portion of your purchase to your sorority’s philanthropy for each item ordered. To top it all off, their products get cheaper the more days you have them outfit your sorority, and whether your recruitment needs consist of jewelry, pillows and decor for house tours, monogrammed pullovers and apparel, tote bags and flower crowns for bid day, Frill Clothing has you covered. And just like that your recruitment chair, philanthropy chair, and treasurer are all happy.

Bulk orders should all be placed before April 30 and I seriously recommend this outfitting option. After all, recruitment is only the most important event of the whole year, determining your newest pledge class, determining which fraternities you mix with, determining the entire reputation of your chapter for all of time. But hey, if you want to rock a t-shirt and shorts like all the other basic bitches, that’s on you.
