Halloween is the best holiday of the year, hands down. The costume options are endless, but personally, it’s the halloween makeup that really excites me. And not just the #basic sugar skulls. I’m talking about that really creepy, gory, special effects type makeup that looks so real, it almost hurts.
Makeup artist extraordinaire Shonagh Scott recreated the Disney princesses to have injuries pertaining to their original story lines. Take a look at the incredible work below.
1. Ariel had her voice box ripped out by a sea witch.
2. Belle was attacked by the beast after she stole his rose.
3. Snow White received a chemical burn from eating the apple that was poisoned by the Evil Queen.
4. Cinderella fell down the stairs trying to run from the Prince and face-planted on her shoe and impaled her face.
5. Elsa’s powers backfired and she impaled her own neck with an icicle, and also left her with frostbitten fingers.
So cool. .
