Wells From “The Bachelorette” Reveals He’s Still Single, So We Still Want To Date Him

I’ve already talked about how much I love Wells Adams. To recap: Wells is great, and how he’s still single is a mystery to me. Maybe he’s secretly a total psycho or does weird things like call girls “mommy” during sex, but those are just speculations. In reality, he seems like a genuine and kind person who, like many of us, is failing in the dating world for reasons unknown.

Juno Demelo from Refinery29 tapped into that question with a full-length interview with Wells, where he was asked about everything from his time on “The Bachelorette” to whether or not he’s on dating apps (spoiler: he says no, but he’s still very single). He manages to come across as being totally honest but still very charming all at the same time, although I think part of that is the fact that he keeps posting photos of himself with dogs that need homes and that makes me want to rip his pants off. On top of that, Wells gets honest about what his last minutes on “The Bachelorette” were like, and how he wishes the producers would have kept in more content of him making fun of the other guys in the house. Us too, Wells.

As we all know, Wells’s first one-on-one date with JoJo was really the beginning of the end. He was the last guy in the house to kiss her, and this was a season where people seemed to be spending more time making out than talking, or even drinking, which is eyebrow-raising. According to Wells, though, he doesn’t regret taking his time, saying “I’m not the guy that shoves my tongue down some girl’s throat the first night I meet her. That’s weird to me. When I look back, I love the fact that I got that far without kissing her. I think that’s a testament to my personality.” It sure as shit is, Wells, you love machine.

He does admit, though, that there are certain things he regrets about his time on the show.

“There were some regrets. There were some cards left on the table after The Bachelorette. I wouldn’t go back and change anything, but I wish I had been more passionate and I wish I hadn’t squandered the vital moments I had with JoJo.”

She didn’t deserve you, Wells. Let it go. I know you thought JoJo was cute and fun and all, but there are way more fish in the sea who won’t send you home from a foreign country on your first real date. He also teases his appearance on “Bachelor In Paradise”, which I’m dying to see happen. In the meantime, Wells, don’t worry about finding your Mrs. Right. She could be out there somewhere, drunk-watching an old episode of “The Bachelorette” and Snapchatting it right now.

My favorite things are tiaras, compliments, and free drinks, which are becoming harder to come by the more I tend to show up at the bar in sweat pants. The proudest moment of my life so far has been landing an actual, paying job that allows me to Facebook stalk people for a living. I tweet about my mom way too often, who is constantly trying to remind me that I'm not nearly as cool as I think I am. Please send me funny stories to read at work here: [email protected]
