I looked them up because I’m not totally familiar with the brand. They don’t look excruciatingly bad and buying them helps children in need. I’m a tad confused about how that could be considered classless. (After all, helping people in need = TSM )

I’m totally obsessed with the print, but at the same time its a bit too busy. For those of you on the fence with the print, I’d recommend getting a pair of shorts or a skirt in the print and wearing a solid top to balance it out. = )

Totally what I was going to comment after seeing this but looks like you got to it first, PiPhi_Sweetheart! Why would anyone want to be fake about anything? I’d say it’s much easier to be genuine no matter what!

also, in my hunt for new mascaras I found diorshow extase mascara (http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P252504&categoryId=S10510&shouldPaginate=true). Has anybody tried it? I used to be obsessed with diorshow but then switched to Buxom, which I just found out (thanks to this discussion) they are discontinuing :(

Anybody else tried this new diorshow one? Or have any other mascara recommendations? Thanks ladies!! <3

Wow, I had no idea they were discontinuing Buxom! It confuses me that they’d discontinue such a good mascara.

You should try out Estee Lauder’s Double Wear mascara. I really like it since it doesn’t clump, it looks natural, makes your eyelashes look really long, and comes off easy. The only one aside from this one and the Buxom that I’ve used is Covergirl’s Lashblast mascara. It is great if you’re looking for a good mascara that is inexpensive. Both are really good, but personally I think the Estee Lauder one is better. If I remember correctly, the Estee Lauder one is $21 and the Lashblast one is about $7. Hope this helps some! = )

Agreed! The “light” options are definitely less caloric and still taste good! It seems kind of plain, but I highly recommend the “tall light coffee frappuccino”. It is fantastic for those not only watching their calories, but their sugar intake too. It doesn’t list the nutritional content for the tall, but the grande is only 110 calories with 23 grams of sugar, so the tall has even less! = )

I did the same exact thing after I found out! I do feel like she was lying and had done it, but at the same time, there wasn’t enough hard evidence to prove it. = / I’d say she’ll receive her just desserts. Instead of the death penalty, she’ll have a hard time leading a normal life because she won’t be accepted by the American public (not all of it but it seems as though most people thought her to be guilty) and she will have trouble rekindling the relationships with the family she’d slandered. I feel like that in itself is quite a punishment.

I certainly agree with this! As a daughter of a serviceman, with no regional identity due to having to pack up and move all the time, I sometimes get a little jealous of those with a regional accent because its very representative of the “born and raised in one place” identity I lack. However, never in my right mind would I try to mimic an accent that wasn’t mine since it would be awfully disrespectful to those who do speak it. All in all, people ought to be as they are instead of wasting energy on trying to be someone they are not.

Totally agree with this! I’m studying to be an architect, and certainly plan on going to grad school and then to take on the licensing exams!

Same! I made the mistake of being honest once and then 5 other sisters end up with the same thing. Now I normally say my mother bought it for me as a gift or its from some store back home and pretend to not remember which store it was.

Gotta agree with Grappler on this one. Its one thing to impress others with our clothing choices but with water, I dont believe anyone is going to think any more or less of you for the water you drink.
