Hey, I appreciate you writing this. People drink like crazy in college. Unfortunately, there are college kids who are actually alcoholic and don’t realize it because all their friends and roommates drink heavily (at least while they’re in college). That happened to me. I’m an educated, successful woman. I’m also in AA. Alcohol caused a switch to go off in me – I never knew how much I would drink and I never knew what I would do when I drank. I spent a lot of time apologizing to people and piecing together memories of what I’d done. Frequent black outs are a big sign of a drinking problem. I don’t know you and I don’t know what’s right for you, but I think the problem may lie less with your phone and more with your drinking. Wishing you a lot of luck with this problem!
