I have a love/hate relationship with Taylor Swift and I’d be willing to bet that you do too. No, actually, I am willing to bet that you have a love/relationship with Taylor Swift. You love her songs. You love her words. You love her breakups and breakdowns of epic proportions. But you hate her. I get it, ladies. I do. We all feel the same way.
While we buy the shit out of her CDs and sob hysterically to her song of the week at 2am Thursday-Saturday, we find her…annoying, for lack of a better word. Girlfriend was that theatre freak in high school — you know the one. Jamie Sullivan from “A Walk To Remember,” Joey Potter from “Dawson’s Creek,” Laney Boggs from “She’s All That,” the nice girl…but the annoying girl. She was friends with the librarian, she wouldn’t let you copy her Algebra homework, and she wore a promise ring unironically, but she was sweet, and therefore, you couldn’t full on hate her. She was annoying, of course, but you couldn’t be outwardly mean to her. You could, however, make fun of her behind her back…and that is what you did…and continue to do.
Without further ado, the fugliest haircut I have ever seen in my entire life:
As Cady Heron once infamously said, “I have this theory that if you cut off all her hair she’d look like a British man.” And that, dear readers, is what we in the biz refer to as a slam dunk of a quote. Has anything ever been more true? No. It hasn’t. Excuse me while I go LOL for the rest of my life. Mean girls everywhere: 1 Taylor Swift: 0.
