A Christmas miracle! Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are officially back together.
So this should be a testament to all of us women, that a swift kick in the ass will always get your man to get his shit together, quick. After a year and a half apart, and after the infamous Lord Disick cheating pictures (with an ugly skank, per usual), it is confirmed that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are giving their relationship a (600th) try.
THREE CHEERS FOR LIFE! LIBERTY! AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS!
Of course, having three kids together can also help in the fight to believe that love is real and people can make relationships work, but Scott and Kourt have had a rocky nine years together. But from the outside looking in, also known as internet stalking, it seems like Scott really has made some positive life changes over the past year and a half. Which is a major reason Kourtney is even giving Scott the time of day.
“Scott’s mellowed out a lot and hasn’t been partying,” a source told E! News.
And let’s not forget the heart wrenching conversation Scott had with Caitlyn Jenner earlier in the year.
“I used to always think that when I was drunk the real me came out and I always thought the real me was a bad person, And I’ve realized that, you know, substances make people something else, it’s not really who they are. So I’ve been able to kind of forgive myself for all the things…and now I’m just focusing on actually being me. I’ve just been happy for the first time in a long time.”
I can freakin relate to Scott here. I’m sure you can too. All the times you’ve drunkenly cussed out your best friend for eating the last piece of pizza, or went psycho on that guy who had the audacity to wait an hour before texting you back. Let’s all learn Scott’s lesson, that’s not us, that’s the substances. Feel better about yourself now?
So what’s their relationship status at this moment? They are following in Rob and Chyna’s footsteps of not living in the same house, taking things slow, but spending lots of time together because they “both want to make it work for them and their kids.”
I hope it works out for them too, because their little family is way too cute to not be in Christmas cards together from now until the end of time..
