On a list of people I would take love advice from, first would be Michelle Obama, second would be Chrissy Teigen, and very last on the list, right behind Jennifer Lopez, would be Taylor Swift. But in the art of making dumb decisions, just like Camilla Cabello leaving Fifth Harmony, she also makes a rather dumb decision in taking love advice from the one and only queen of heartbreak, lies, and manipulation, Taylor Swift.
Camilla said in an interview with The Sun:
[Taylor and I] talk about love a lot… And if I ever have any questions about love or if there’s anything that I’m going through at the time, whether it’s with a boy or with a friend, she’s a very good person to ask those kind of questions… She’s very knowledgeable about that stuff.
Sure, Taylor Swift has helped us all through our traumatic breakups. I am even guilty of ugly crying to “You’re Not Sorry” when I was a freshman in high school and I had a crush on a guy with a receding hairline. I was crying because he had a receding hairline, not because he didn’t like me. But there is a difference in having someone to vent to, and taking advice from someone.
Taylor Swift would be the worst person to take love advice from because none of her relationships have been successful. She jumps from one to the next, writes cryptic songs about them, and plays the victim in every breakup.
Not to mention, as a woman, I would fear for my life that Tay would give me whatever advice to get me away from a boy I liked so that she could have him, but then again, Taylor Swift and I would probably never be friends..
