Can You Spot The High School Assistant Principal Who’s Under Fire For Being In This Racy Music Video?

In every high school, there’s that one teacher that knows what’s up. It’s the teacher that lets you get away with strolling in late, and has “video lessons” AKA movie days, probably more than they should. These teachers are usually up-to-date on current trends and slang, and are overall a pretty cool person.

At Southampton High School in Southampton, New York, assistant principal Esther Adler-O’Keefe is that person. I’d assume that the student body at SHS was pretty shocked when they found out that their AP had appeared in a rap video. And no, not an unearthed video someone dug up from her the archives of the internet, but a current, newly released video.

The video she appears in is for the song “Best Friend” by J.R. featuring Trey Songz. Miss Adler-O’Keefe appears at the beginning of the video, hands her house keys off to J.R. to housesit, where he then throws a massive twerkfest pool party. The only other time we see her, is at the end of the video, when she sees the aftermath of the party, then throws a volleyball at J.R.’s head. Despite all the controversy she’s facing, she personally never does anything incriminating in the video. She actually only has one line, “Enjoy yourself. Just remember, security’s here.”

Her only comment has been to the Southampton Press, which she said that:

Speaking as a private individual and not in my professional capacity, I wish to state for the record that, when I agreed to participate, I was completely unaware of the content, lyrics, and title of the video and song. Had I known of such content or lyrics, I certainly would not have participated in any fashion. I find the lyrics and content of the music video vulgar, offensive, and demeaning.

Yeah okay, I’m sure you were “completely unaware” of what was going to go down when you saw bikini clad women on set and liquor bottles galore. I don’t see what all the fuss is about. Esther is out here just trying to earn some street creed with the kids. I see you, Esther. Don’t let the haters keep you from doin’ your thang.
