I’ve always liked yoga. It’s probably the most productive form of exercise, because you can strengthen your core and talk shit about your friend Tiffany at the same time. Plus, there are a bunch of poses that resemble my basic sleeping positions, and I can appreciate that.

Charlotte Bell, a 20-year-old from London, also loves yoga. She loves it so much, in fact, that she has combined it with another passion of white girls worldwide: emojis.

Emoji yoga, or #emoga, is a new type of yoga that is inspired by emojis. Charlotte is currently only giving private lessons to friends and family, but I hope she comes out with a video. Not that I’d buy it or anything, but I’d love to point and laugh at it.

Here are some basic emoga poses.

I think I could get the hang of this. I’m not sure if Charlotte actually invented it, though, because I’ve seen countless boys do the running away man pose–except they’re not very still, and their form could use some serious improvement if they stuck around long enough for me to help. Either way, I’ll try this at home. Curious to see what the wine glass pose looks like. I think I have a solid idea.
