‘High School Musical’ Stars Are Hosting A 10 Year Reunion

Ten blessed years ago, Disney presented us with the best musical of our pre-pubescent lives, “High School Musical.” In 2006, Zac Efron took the stage (and our hearts) with a basketball in one hand and microphone in the other. This, of course, was followed with two more movies and never-ending (and still thriving) love for Zac. Burn books and “We’re All In This Together” choreography were at the core of every sleepover. For girls and closeted gay best friends everywhere, it was a great time to be alive.

Now, ten years later, Disney Channel is giving us the reunion our inner twelve-year-old selves have been waiting for. Over the weekend, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Lucas Grabeel, and Monique Coleman met at East High to reminisce on camera about their times as Wildcats. Zac Efron was apparently too busy being hot or something and filmed a separate special message for viewers. I guess he’s still gotta get his head in the game.
