Kanye, Kanye, Kanye. The man himself is like on giant jigsaw puzzle. No one ever knows what he’s really talking about, no one ever knows what he could be thinking, and God forbid we ever see the man smile. But myself, along with millions of other internet junkies, are addicted to Kanye West and I’m not even afraid to admit it.
Kanye is always trying to pull one over on us. And although it’s just about him making an Instagram account, it is a perfect example of how we can never really be sure what is going through Kanye’s mind. He recently tweeted this about using his phone:
Then, three days later, Kanye West created an Instagram account (which I’m pretty sure you need your phone to create but he’s Kanye so maybe he doesn’t). Since then, he’s got an impressive, over 550k followers. Yes, impressive, but not shocking at all.
This new layer to the Kanye mantra gets us hyped AF. There is nothing I love more than going through Kanye West’s tweets, so I can only imagine the pure, internet gold his Instagram will create. Half the time I can’t decide if he’s an idiot or a genius, but I am consumed with Yeezy. If his Instagram turns out to be anything like his Twitter, this is the greatest thing to happen in 2016.
And in proper Kanye “WTF” fashion, his first Instagram post was a scene from the 1990 film “Total Recall” with Arnold Schwarzenegger. Ok, what?
Elite Daily notes that the only correlation between the post and Kanye is that Arnold was celebrating 33 years of American citizenship the day he posted it. But like, how could Kanye even know that? And why would he care enough about that to make it an Instagram post? It’s so Kanye. So here I go, wasting time in my life trying to figure out what’s going on in Kanye’s and I’m not even mad about it. Can’t wait to see what he posts next that I won’t understand..
