Khloé posted an entry to her app titled “My Sister’s Diets Are Cray,” and spilled on what foods fuel those infamous bods. With these diets (and the help of Dr. Ourian) you can achieve a body that could land you a career on E!
Kim’s Diet
To get a body like Mrs. West you basically can only eat lettuce and grilled chicken. Kim’s diet “involves cutting out all sugar and carbs but it allows meat and dairy.” No? Sugar? We live in America so I don’t know where she’s buying groceries that don’t involve groceries…but good to know!
Kourtney’s Diet
Kourtney, who has had three kids, mind you, has the most underrated bod of the family. Her flat stomach is something I’ll never achieve. According to Khloé, Kourtney “only eats organic food and has pretty much convinced herself that she is allergic to dairy and gluten too.” What. Do. You. Even. Eat.
Kylie’s Diet
Ah yes, Kylie’s ever-changing figure. What’s her secret? Kylie “eats like a typical teenager but she’s also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods. It’s all about that moderation, boo!” Kinda vague.
Kendall’s Diet
And Kendall the tall, thin model? Well, Kendall “loves burgers and pizza and goes to In-N-Out all the time.” K..
