Whether you believe it or not “Zoolander” came out fourteen years ago. That means that all you college freshmen out there were only four years old when it released. Did I just blow your mind?
Regardless of the fact that most of you were practically fetuses when the world was shaken by “Blue Steel,” I’m pretty sure you can all recite every line. Where would we be without classic lines like, “What is this, a center for ants?!” or “Have you ever wondered if there was more to life, other than being really, really, ridiculously good looking?” A world without incorporating “Zoolander” quotes into your everyday conversations, is most certainly a world I would not like to live in. Iconic.
Whether it was for fun, or in excitement for “Zoolander 2”, Marc Jacobs and friends decided to recreate the legendary gasoline fight.
I sure hope that “1st AD” means ads, because I need more of this from Marc Jacobs and less overpriced bags. .
