“Miserable Men” Instagram Account Is The Most Hilarious Thing On The Internet

men

There are a few things that happen when you get a serious boyfriend. You start shaving less and staying in more. You speak in “we” instead of “I” and if you’re ever feeling particularly vengeful, you take your boyfriend shopping with you. I’m not sure why we’ve utilized this form of torture for so long. Our mothers did it, and their mothers did it, and generations upon generations of women have taken their men to markets, festivals, shops, and malls just to make them feel a little less macho.

Ugh. It’s a beautiful thing. Two years ago, we covered the Instagram account, Miserable Men. It’s dedicated to posting pictures of guys being dragged along to things they don’t want to do, and looking sad AF. Naturally, it’s hilarious. And naturally it’s blown up since then. Here are a few more delightful photos that should make you feel better when your boyfriend is being a total dick.
