Miss Universe Refuses To Share Her Crown With Miss Colombia, Because She’s Queen Of The World

Miss Universe Refuses To Share Her Crown, Because She's Queen Of The World

A few weeks ago, Steve Harvey, in typical male fashion, completely effed things up for some women when he announced the wrong winner for Miss Universe. In case you missed it, Miss Colombia, the first runner up, was accidentally crowned Miss Universe, and the crown had to be physically removed from her head to give it to its rightful owner, Miss Philippines. To resolve this conflict, many people have suggested that Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, the current Miss Universe, share her crown Mean Girls style.

In a total bitch move, our new Miss Universe has said that she wants nothing to do with this idea, and I love it. In an interview with Good Morning America, Wurtzbach said, “I think it would be a little bit difficult for two girls to share a crown,” which in pageant speak roughly translates to, “Back off, bitch! It’s mine!”

To be perfectly fair, I wouldn’t let any other human, dead or alive, lay their paws on my crown either. It seems our Miss Universe is a total badass and is truly deserving of the title of the planet’s new Queen B. Sorry Miss Colombia, it looks like there’s none for you.

Maybe next year?
