Forgot about Saint West? Yeah, me too. Between Kanye slowly derailing on Twitter, the craze to get our grimy little hands on Kylie’s lip kit, and Kimojis, Saint West took a backseat. How could we all be so heartless? Remember 2013? We all waited with bated breathe to get the first glimpse of the second coming North West.

We oohed and ahhed when Kanye premiered North’s first official photo on Kris’s talk show Kris (RIP). That gaze. That modelesque, almost poetic reach. Iconic.

Then we were all almost literally dead, we got more than we could ever ask for: baby’s first Vogue shoot. Bible, it was amaze.

Then we heard Kim and Yeezus were adding another heir to the throne. It was declared that the heir, Saint West, was born on the fifth of December, probably in a chic and trendy delivery room. We waited for Saint’s photo reveal. Would he live up to his name?! Could he top his big sister’s first official photo?! Much to our surprise, all we got was this. A hand. Poor Saint couldn’t even get his own photo! As Kim would say, “tragic.”

So you would think that the obvious next step would be revealing his first official photo via something shot by Annie Leibovitz in Vogue, or at least, God forbid, People. Instead today, we are introduced to Saint, almost three months later, via iPhone photo. It appears Saint is already trapped in the shadow of Nori. Closed eyes?! C’mon, Kim.

She shared the photo on her app with this caption.

“Today is my dad’s birthday. I know there’s nothing more in the world he would have wanted than to meet his grandchildren. So I wanted to share this pic of Saint with you all”

Give the people what they want, Kim..
