Remember that one time where ABC decided to have two Bachelorette contestants and everyone was pissed about it? OH, HOW THE TABLES HAVE TURNED, as fans are now begging ABC to have a dual Bachelor this season.
Bachelor nation was shocked when Nick Viall was chosen over Luke Pell to be the next Bachelor; Luke even said his bags were packed and he was ready to continue to be the current heartthrob of America. Then ABC dropped the bomb on us and switched their pick at the last second.
Fans still want to be able to obsess over Luke’s perfect smile, chiseled abs, and perfect personality on a weekly basis. Loyal Bachelor/Bachelorette followers are so pissed about the last minute switch that there’s a petition to get Luke back on the show.
Luke super fan Patricia Ambern carried the burden for all of us and started a petition on Change.org for Luke to join Nick so both of them have a chance at their fairytale ending. Finding their “unicorn,” if you will.
The petition says,
Let Luke Pell and Nick Viall both be the new Bachelor and let the 25 women choose who they want. Like Britt [Nilsson] and Kaitlyn [Bristowe] did. There are ALOT of fans from Bachelor Nation who love Luke Pell as well. Please consider this request. ABC would be crazy not to take advantage of this opportunity to double its ratings. And you would be crazy for not signing this petition right freaking now.
Maybe in some crazy turn of events, Luke will go look at all the ladies who signed his petition and pick a winner for himself. You could be his unicorn. .
