I love fashion. Admittedly, I don’t know as much about it as I’d like to (see also: I always feel inadequate around the fashion major in my house) but I really do just love clothing. Nothing gives me a greater thrill than spending a day in and out of boutiques, which usually results in a lofty eight-item purchase totaling more than my rent. I love it. It gets me high. I just LOVE. NEW. CLOTHES. I even love clothes when they’re not for me. We recently had a discount party at a men’s boutique in town, and I went just because I wanted to watch the boys shop for clothes that I couldn’t.
That’s when it dawned on me. Someday all the adorable, fashionable children’s clothing will also lend itself to me by way of my future children. I’ll dress them up like dolls and I will rejoice in it, much like what the mother of this 4-year-old boy is doing. The precious, little munchkin is dressed up in high fashion menswear, and his mother recreates photos of models which are then posted to her Instagram account. Here are some of my faves.
