Remember grumpy cat? The feline with the pissed off face that made us all feel like we found our spirit animal? Turns out, we were wrong. Sure, that cat got us, but nothing compared to Albert. Albert is a Selkirk Rex cat. Which hilariously sounds like a dinosaur, but ironically, makes him look like a sheep, because life is weird. But his long, shaggy hair (that just don’t care) isn’t the only reason we can relate to him. Our boy Al has a condition. A condition that most of us are all too familiar with. Due to genes or chromosomes or whatever, he has a case of resting bitch face, and it is fan-freaking-tastic.
He already has two Instagram accounts dedicated to him, totaling close to 18,000 followers. After seeing the pictures of him, you’ll totally understand why.
Turns out, he’s actually really nice. Which is further proof that he gets us. All of us are nice deep down. For some of us it’s just, really, really deep down. So next time your bitch face is out of control just remember that it’s normal. Even animals do it. Besides we’re all mammals, so just “do it like they do on the discovery channel.” Or Instagram. Same thing..
