Oh chill out. Do you have any idea how long she was in that bed for? It said that she was reading for a few hours before she got a headache and switched activities. If she wants to do her makeup to take her mind off the pain while waiting, so be it.
There’s a (now inactive) sorority at my school that made pledges swallow goldfish. That’s hazing. When I went through rush, there were definitely sisters that were unnecessarily rude, but that’s not hazing, that’s just someone being a bitch. Waiting your turn to go into a house? Not hazing. Feeling upset that a house didn’t want you back is normal, rejection stings sometimes, but it’s not hazing when a group of people doesn’t want you to join their group. The anime club probably wouldn’t want to hang out with me and I’m perfectly okay with that because I know I wouldn’t fit in with them.
If TSM gives bonuses based off of number of clicks and shares, this author is about to get a nice one given that basically every sorority girl I know has shared this article.
If someone gets “ruined” over something as minor as a dinner invitation getting rejected, they are probably unstable. Rejection is a normal part of life, so people need to stop acting like it’s so traumatic. Does it hurt to be rejected by someone? Yes, but not that much.
Yup. She couldn’t be bothered to do what she was supposed to do and is now blaming other people for a problem that stemmed from her own actions. Now the poor students running the Centre for Students with Disabilities are receiving threats because of her lies. Bitch move. The school was looking to bring her back for next semester if she altered her course, but honestly I hope they don’t. She should go act entitled elsewhere.
Ok I go to this school, and the reason it was ACTUALLY cancelled was because there was low turn out to this particular yoga class that was hosted by the Centre for Students with Disabilities due to the teacher going to fast for these particular students. This program was suspended while they could make adjustments to better benefit the students with disabilities. The teacher had a hissy fit and ran to the press and said it was cultural appropriation that got the class cancelled, despite the fact that there are still yoga classes on campus. Now the CSD is receiving DEATH THREATS because of this teacher spreading lies to the media because she was upset that her program got cancelled for low turnout just because she couldn’t be bothered to cater her class to the group she was supposed to cater it to.
