I’ve been perfecting the art of this for a few years now, mine was last Sunday and I have been celebrating since the weekend before and I have not stopped yet!
My parents live in California also and I love that for when I go visit them…they are even more strict in NYC. I wish Alabama would catch on, there is a reason people here are so obese and I think it would really help.

As far as the dress is concerned, I plan on remaking my mom’s wedding dress. Neither of my sisters did, but I think it will be wonderfully sentimental and I’m really excited about it. Something to think about!
I am going to use my grandmothers…it happens to be practically identical to Kate Middleton’s. I was so excited when I saw that! I figure if I am not spending all that money on a dress I can spend how ever much I want on my shoes.
So funny you said that, my mom’s dress is also extremely similar! Now if only I could get a similar ring…
