I kind of see what she’s saying- Like when you have a best friend with whom you have so much in common that you’re basically twins. HOWEVER, I really only see that with GDIs; “twins” in Greek speak is what you would call someone with whom you share a Big!
Love this! I feel like I wear the most common size in EVERYTHING, from bras to shoes, so when there is exactly one left and it’s my size, I don’t hesitate.
i want to get a new longchamp! what colors do y’all suggest?
I asked this a few days ago but haven’t received any replies, so I just went ahead and ordered one! I got the expandable tote (Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!) in graphite. It was between that and black, but I just thought the graphite looked nicer. I really wanted the bilberry one, but they didn’t have the expandable one in that color. Hope that helps!
Thanks! Im thinking about ordering the black one, but do you like the zip expandable version?
I haven’t received it yet, but I like the idea of being able to carry my books/essentials in it while regular sized, and then expanding it for the beach, carry-on for traveling, etc. The zipper is just kind of in the middle of the tote, but I figured it’s a great price right now, so I might as well go for it! Also, I called a local store yesterday and she said that there are only a few black left in the whole company (sorry, Nordstrom, for clarification), so you should call your local store and they’ll order it for you with free shipping!
Um, why? Not all respectable sorority women want to spend every night shacking with different guys. Some of us are looking for, and appreciate, commitment.
^Second. I feel like all I’ve been seeing lately are psycho anorexic posts. It’s really not an accurate, classy, or positive way to portray sorority women. Girls in sororities are constantly complaining about getting a bad rap, but a lot of the time, we deserve it, the way we come off to people (I say “we” because I am not necessarily exempt from being a hypocrite sometimes).

My reading list just grew about 20 books! Right now I’m reading The Almost Moon by Alice Sebold (author of The Lovely Bones) and next I’m reading Joy for Beginners by Erica Bauermeister.
Some favorites: The Lucky One by Nicholas Sparks (I have yet to dislike a book of his), The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver, The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold, and The Virgin Suicides by Jeffrey Eugenides
If you’re a fan of Lauren Conrad, I recommend her style guide, Lauren Conrad STYLE, if not for her fashion/beauty advice, just to look at the pictures of the cute clothes! It’s not much of a read (it just has a preface for each chapter and anecdotes in the margins), but really fun and cute.
Well ladies, thank you all so much for your great advice! I had to make a decision, seeing as how I am getting married in October! I figured the least i could do for you lovely women would be to post links to all of my decisions! I went with everything Priscilla of Boston. I went to the Atlanta, GA salon and it all simply clicked! Here are the links!
Girls, I’m looking for a new tote for the year and I’m dying to buy a Longchamp. Any recommendations on your favorite one? I don’t have too many books. It just needs to be a standard tote size with room for a few books and the other essentials 🙂 Theta love from Washington.

Your name is EdHardy. Could you be more GDI?
Tonight is the finale! Men Tell All was last night.
I was just about to post this. Theta minds think alike… TLAM!
It really is! I usually have to quit halfway through.

^How rude. Knowing a foreign language is really important these days.
So glad it’s not just me!
^This! Love that movie 🙂

Agreed! Although she went to Berkeley and Greek isn’t very big there. Still…
