You Can Help Feed Shelter Dogs Simply By Watching This Adorable Puppy Video

It’s Monday, and there’s nothing better to cure the Monday blues than puppies. But what if your habit of watching dog videos for hours on end actually helped some canines in need?

SoulPancake and Purina have partnered up to create this amazing video of people all over – at home, at the gym, in a retirement home, at school – being surprised by puppies. That’s cute enough to get you to watch it, right?

But it gets even better: for every view the #PowerofPuppies gets between March 23 and April 23, Purina will donate one pound of its Puppy Chow Natural formula to non-profit Rescue Bank, an organization that donates supplies to animal rescues and shelters to help feed the estimated 3.9 million dogs that are in U.S. shelters.

The donation will top out at 500,000 pounds, but that doesn’t mean you can’t watch the preciousness a few million times.

Is there a better way to waste some time than watching cute dogs and helping rescues at the same time? I don’t think so. It’s pretty paw-some.
