Michelle Obama FINALLY Comments On Melania Trump’s Stolen Speech

michelleobama

Our favorite First Lady/queen Michelle Obama went on Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show this Tuesday. He asked her some pretty tough questions clearly pointing at Melania Trump, and she handled it like the boxed-wine loving queen we all know she is.

Colbert first asked if she has any sympathy for spouses of politicians who have to stand by their husband. Hm, I wonder who he’s referencing? “No, not really,” she said with a stone cold, straight face. “You have to be in it if you’re in it, and if you don’t agree, you should have agreed before they ran,” she went on. “If I didn’t agree with what Barack was saying, I would not have supported his run…so no sympathy!”

Damn girl. Hypothetically calling out your husband and directly calling out your enemies. TSM.

Then Colbert got to the point and asked what was really on everyone’s minds. How did Michelle feel about the Melania Trump scandal? For reference, here’s Michelle’s speech:

“You work hard for what you want in life; that your word is your bond and you do what you say you’re going to do; that you treat people with dignity and respect.”

And here’s Melania’s:

“You work hard for what you want in life; that your word is your bond and you do what you say and keep your promise; that you treat people with respect.”

So when Colbert asked how she felt, she gave him a priceless response:

“Yeah, that was tough.”

Michelle clearly cares about as much about Melania’s actions as you do about your freshman year hookups. Queen af.
