I just discovered something that made my stomach turn and my blood boil: Sears, the worldwide leader in “not being relevant since the early ’90s,” is ACTUALLY selling a big, silver ring emblazoned with a swastika. Seriously, people? After all that stuff we talked about yesterday with the female orgasms? You’re going to throw us under the bus with a Nazi ring? Jeez.
The ring was allegedly part of a men’s punk rock style line, and it’s TOTALLY not for Nazis or anything. They even note this in the item’s description:
This gothic jewelry item in particular features a Swastika ring thats made of .925 Thai silver. Not for Neo Nazi or any Nazi implication. These jewelry items are going to make you look beautiful at your next dinner date.
See?? They’re totally not for Nazis, just for going out on a hot date! At Auschwitz!
Sears has since removed the listing and responded via Twitter:
@annehedonia13 @inglamwetrust @Kveller We appreciate your feedback. This item is a 3rd party Sears Marketplace product that does not… 1/2

I would say that we should all stop shopping at Sears and boycott the store, but I’m pretty sure we all stopped shopping there in 1999. I didn’t realize that “Sears” and “Roebuck” were Nazi names.
