2. Britney Made a Comeback
2007 was a rough year for all of us, especially Britney Spears. We were all worried about her for a while, but 2012 marked her definite comeback. Not only did she score an awesome spot as a judge on X Factor this year, but she got engaged to her nerdy-cute agent/boyfriend, Jason Trawick, with whom she bought an adorable new teacup Yorkie named Hannah. Best of all, she looked absolutely fabulous in the process. Britney has proven that no matter how dark your life is, you can always get your shit together and get a huge engagement ring. I’ve been loyal to Brit Brit since I was in elementary school, and this year, she restored my faith even further.
