So I bought a Lilly dress in hotty pink and am now looking for a pair of heels to dress it up for when I have grad school interviews, but I’m kind of stuck on what color to look for. I doubt I will want to (or be able to) match the pink and the other color in the dress is white, and I cannot bring myself to do white shoes other than espadrilles. Would nude be acceptable or do I need to go for pink/white? If you ladies have any suggestions I would love the link :)

NUDE PUMPS, so great. Something with a heel that’s not too high.

Dolce Vita has some great ones.

So gal’s we’re all pretty much in agreement on what to wear around campus and out, but I’ve got a few things that haven’t been mentioned.

I go to a women’s college in the South, so I’m not Greek (obvis I wish I had the opportunity) but I love my school and feel like I have a lot in common with the women on this website. We have fratdaddy’s at the local co-ed university (sorry gals!) and party like the rest of you. We have our own form of a stratcastle, and love our fratty attire. I mean, we go to a private, women’s college in the South.

Monogrammed hats- Perfect for when you’re running around campus and are having a bad hair day. I have a white one with Carolina blue thread. They’re girly and remind me of country club mom attire.

Vineyard Vines Custom bag- yes we have our own VV print! To make mine stand out I ordered a monogrammed tag from Marley Lilly and loop it around the outside. If I use my book bag (North Face) I’ll loop it on the outside to make my bag stand out and look cute.

Water bottle- I have a big Nalgene that I have a few stickers, Young Republicans, our Crest. And a tall slender bottle with my monogram on it. I always try take water with me instead of juices and sodas.

Everyday accessories- I have a vintage Tiffany’s ring that I wear everyday. I get compliments on it where ever I go. I suggest looking into estate jewelry sales going on and picking out a nice piece of jewelry that isn’t currently being made.

Always have a pedicure on your feet! I hate ugly feet, and unpolished toes. Your nails should always be kept short and clean, and if you manicure them DO NOT put on the disgusting fake nails. Your toe polish and nail polish should always match. I love to be adventurous in the summer and have OPI’s “What’s with the cat-itude” on.

I’m not a big fan of Lilly clothing, but I really like the accessories. I just got my new agenda in the mail and am so excited to use it! I also ordered a market tote, which will make going grocery shopping uber chic
