You are 100% in the wrong. Having a private conversation with someone to blow off steam is something everyone needs to do when living with someone especially in college. Her conversation with her boyfriend was none of your business and might have been all she needed to get over the fact that she thought her roommate was being disrespectful. This also helped avoid a big unnecessary argument over something as stupid as just having people in the room. Complaining to her boyfriend is completely different than talking about you to people that you know and are involved with, which was what you did while telling your entire sorority that her video chatting with him annoyed you.
