They seem to be a requirement for incoming freshmen. My Dad is quite perturbed because salons keep buying up all the fly fishing feathers in the immediate area. On top of that, there were news reports of horses in the Memphis area having their tails cut at night by desperate salons looking for hair extensions. Good gracious!
