I love my sorority sisters more than anything, but they don’t quite rage like my guy friends. Only very few of my sisters are down for my favorite “wine and whiskey wakeups” on gamedays, and the vast majority of them don’t have the necessary training to power through an entire day of dayraging, and continue through until the bars close without napping. Also once you’ve friendzoned a guy and been a wingman they’ll be much more loyal than the vast majority of my sorority sisters. As I said, I love them, but I can only trust a few of them like I can trust the fraternity men in my life.

While this is excellently put, the problem with Coach is what it has come to represent. Because people from a lower socioeconomic background believe that carrying Coach is indicative of money, while there are certainly more beautiful, better quality, and more distinctive options available, it has become a symbol of people without money trying to convince those around them that they have much more money than they actually do. Thus, Coach means Poor, not poor, as would be the result of low income, but Poor as a result of poor parenting. E.g. people who carry Coach are Poors, even if they aren’t poor.

I would not be caught dead in Chacos or Louis, and I’m not the biggest Longchamp fan either(didn’t even know what Vera Bradley is- looked it up. uhm ew.). Tory Burch makes some really simple cute bags that are more affordable for school, but it is my personal opinion that investing in something truly beautiful and individual for school like a Bottega or Balenciaga is a must- Barneys has some really great ones that are simple and huge and that way we don’t look like a group of clones when walking to class.
For shoes in general, I try to avoid flip flops(true life: they’re #trashy, sorry bout it) in favor of simple fun sandals, someone has already said something about Tory Burch sandals, but on the Jack Rogers- just because Neiman carries something doesn’t mean it isn’t trashy, they respond to demand so if it’s within the Neiman price point and people want it they’ll carry it…. are trashy Florida people also incapable of individual thought?. Guiseepe Zanotti is also great for ones that are similar to Jack Rogers but better put together. Also slip off sandals can disappear during the inevitable extended blackout on vacay or gameday-so much better to have something actually attached to your feet.
I’m surprised no one has mentioned yoga pants- I refuse to dress up for class but I live in my Lululemons- so comfy and they make even amazing asses look that much more fantastic. American Apparel Viscose tanks and tees are also vital to my wardrobe- summer and winter they’re soooo amazingly comfortable. Stay Sratty ladies!

It’s not even funny how obvious it is that you’re from the West coast–your ‘superiority and snobbery complex’ oozes out of your choices for designer labels. These are brands that one would see at private schools in LA like USC or LMU, but not necessarily in the south, so please spare us from your second-hand regurgitation of what you saw L.C. wearing on ‘The Hills’.

Elitism is not limited to the West Coast, and as I understood it, this was a website for the best of the best. Not those with a superiority complex, but those who are truly superior. My opinions and advice were meant for the TFM demographic as I understood it, and I apologize if the standards portrayed in this post are higher than those accepted by the vast majority of readers. If you are not part of the intended, elite audience please ignore this post, otherwise it stands as originally posted.

Taylor Swift dated one of my friends and called him obsessively for weeks and almost followed him to college after they broke up. Her songs are about stalking geeds, getting cheated on by geeds, and getting broken up with… by geeds. She may have songs about other things, but no WAY are any of those things classy.

Your inappropriate use of apostrophes is offensive. Must have gone to a public school.
