On my campus none of the fraternities have fraternity houses. Mos of the brothers have a few diff houses they share but the city campus is on doesn’t allow more than 4 people of different last names living in the same house so that takes out the option for standard fraternity houses.
Midland, MI doesn’t allow anyone but I’ve heard the sorority rule to be pretty common as well.
