I was VP Rituals last year, and it’s one of the least respected positions in the sorority which is really sad when you think how important the rituals actually are.
I know many people who wear their boyfriend’s letters before being lavaliered. It’s very easy to see why people were confused by your post. If there is one thing we have learned on this site it’s that traditions vary from school to school. Also, before you try to sound smart, know the difference between “your” and “you’re” and use the correct one. Thanks.
Yes, XiLove, I’m sure you are the shining example of class when intoxicated. I’m not saying it’s acceptable to act skanky when drunk, but nobody is as classy when drunk as they are sober.
Let me explain the reply button to you instead. Hit “reply” to reply to a comment. You should generally use the one that is correlated to the discussion you wish to comment on.
I’m sorry, sweetheart, but I can’t think of a valid reason to have your wedding on a major rivalry game. I would never have my wedding during football season in general, but I would definitely never have my wedding during the Iron Bowl.
So true trideltalady, the especially should replace even. These fraternity boys probably know what house you’re in, and you never want to embarrass your sorority.
Thank you so much adpidiamond88! My younger brother is a freshman, and he chose not to join a fraternity because he wanted to focus on school and other interests. However, he always gets asked what fraternity he’s in because he acts and dresses like a typical fratstar. There are definitely different levels of GDI, but so many people like to stereotype them all even though we complain when people stereotype the Greek system in general.

Worst article I’ve ever read on this site, and that’s saying a lot. Please, stop writing.
She never said anything about getting married in college. She just talked about getting engaged. There’s a difference between the two.

You’re one of the “Notable Alumnae” and you haven’t graduated?
This is the best thing I’ve read on here. I’m graduating this semester, and this totally embodies how I feel. Great post!
The only thing worse than being ugly is being ugly with skin cancer.
Awwdrey hepburn LBD got it right. Do it exactly like she did it.

I don’t think she’s a cleat chaser. I think she’s telling us that she goes to Auburn where they “pay” their players.

Exactly what I thought when I read this post. A true sorority girl is always classy.
Skin cancer. TSTC?
Exactly. All I could think when I read this was thank God my little is classy.
Agreed. Please know who your alums are before posting stuff about it on TSM. It makes all of us look bad.
I think she’s trying to say if you don’t have friends in sororities, you won’t get a bid?

She is a fact? I think you mean “your fact”.
