I’m gonna admit it, I’m not in college. I’m
simply a 16 year old whose choices of colleges don’t have sororities and so I live out that life vicariously through this site. But regardless, I went through a break up similar to this recently. He was my first love and we dated for two years. He and I are on good terms and consider each other friends, but today he told me how easy it would be to fall in love with me again, and how much he missed what we had. To cut to the chase, I needed to read this. To be reminded that even just a few months afterwords he and I are two different people, that there’s too much history, too many fights and too much heartbreak for us to go back. But that doesn’t mean I can’t remember it fondly. Thank you for posting this, this comment doubtlessly looks dramatic and childish and I’m giving you guys way to much information. But from an aspiring sorority girl to you, thank you. Thank you for the reminder that people change and grow up. And paths aren’t always meant to cross again. It’s articles like this that make me love this site, and make me excited for sorority life and all it entails in the future. So, thank you.

Walking down a runway is super hard and doing it well and in such a way that highlights the clothes, as well as looks good, and making sure you don’t fall in those mile high heels is a skill that few people posses. Also, why does the fact that she isn’t curvy make her less qualified to be there? Plus, having Kim Kardashian as a sister can’t be easy, and having millions of people judging you as you walk on a platform in lingerie for everyone to see has to be absolutely terrifying. Her anxiety over certain things shouldn’t be made light of simply because you think it’s stupid.

Another term for this is “sub-drop”. A term commonly used in the BDSM community. It refers to the drop in dopamine you feel once you leave the certain headspace you experience during sex. This is why the BDSM community puts a lot of focus on aftercare. Aftercare is when you snuggle or hug or make hot coco and watch a movie after a session to help calm the different emotions experienced while coming out of the headspace. It’s a very very critical part of sex and when it’s ignored it can sometimes have incredibly dangerous effects depending on how rough or intimate the sex was. This can happen to guys too, it very often does. They are just less likely to admit to it.
