Hopefully feminists can take this kind of skeptical approach to every “statistic” thrown their way, not just ones that they don’t want to hear. For example, if you did some research on that “1 in 5 women will be sexually assaulted during her college career” statistic, you’d find that it is as credible as “fraternity members are 300% more likely to commit sexual assault”. However, I do appreciate seeing articles like this that aren’t all “rah rah feminism, rah rah men are scumbags”. It’s refreshing.
