Exactly! True class has nothing to do with which part of America one is from. This poster may be southern, but there is nothing classy about judging people you’ve never even met simply based on where they were born, and that’s pretty NS to me. Also, Daisy Buchanan, you should probably research your character a bit more before you go criticizing everything that made up who she was.

Sadly, this is one time I’m not going to defend a fellow Kappa sister. This is just terrible. Beauty doesn’t mean one has to be orange. Some women are naturally pale and beautiful. Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn, some of the classiest women of all times, were both pale. Not to mention how Sophia Bush, a Kappa just like you, is pale as well. Stop talking like you’re better than people with all of your tanning posts. You’re making us look bad and you sound narcissistic. The fact is, tanning VERY harmful. You may be fine with having to end up getting plastic surgery to correct your wrinkles, but wrinkles aren’t the only negative consequence of tanning. I used to tan a lot, but now I have a dozen irregular moles. Skin cancer isn’t worth looking like a cheese nip.

Bows are girly and cute (NOT on Snookie), not from kid stores… I mean, unless you think girls should be all butch-like, but that’s pretty NS to me.

I have to agree, I don’t think when people refer to feminism that they’re referring to what was done way back when, which was admirable. Today’s feminists are just… ridiculous. BowsnBrowning, I know exactly how you felt in your class. I had to take the same type of class (it was the only lit class that fit with my schedule), and it was the worst class I’ve ever been in and yeah, the “there is no such thing as gender” idea was super irritating. Little me in my dresses and bows was in a class full of liberal butch girls who didn’t shave. Never again.

People really need to stop throwing anorexia in every skinny girl’s face. It’s a serious disorder. Never make assumptions with someone you don’t know and always assume the best. I’m sure texasassy is just being healthy.
