I totally agree! The whole bit about top-tier and bottom-tier weren’t even in my original article. It was definitely more of an open letter to someone who called my sorority leftovers. I’m glad it’s become so popular, but I think what I intended kind of became misconstrued. Wherever you find your home is wonderful! But no organization should be called “left over,” you know? There’s totally nothing wrong with ending up where you feel comfortable and at home. There’s just something wrong with making other people feel bad deliberately because they chose something else.
