You must have never had real guy friends then because my guy friends were the first ones I cried to after my break up because they don’t try and give advice they just comfort you, they’re the ones that will drop anything to answer my call late at night to make sure I’m safe, the ones who will walk me home 2 miles across campus. For the first 6 months my only friends were guys, and while yes I agree 100% girlfriends are so important, guy friends and being one of the guys can be so much more relaxing if that’s your personality than hanging out with girls 24/7.
