So the reason why my chapter, Theta Theta freaks out about people writing AZD is because before we were national and became ΑΞΔ on our campus, we were local and our name was Alpha Zeta Delta (AZD). So if people write AZD, which they still do on our campus sometimes and clearly in other states- this makes us local, which we are not. We have come a long way since 1991. But this is def a reason to say we suck. Lol
