Owl Amaze me- I was trying to use that as an example for no matter what your income is, you should be grateful for any gift. Also, I wasn’t born into money, my dad was flat out broke for years trying to start his business, but I didn’t even realize how my adding my dad’s salary was very distasteful until I actually submitted it. I’m sorry for offending you, and I shouldn’t have put it.
It’s funny how everyone here is saying how the poster must be poor if her parents got her a coach purse, specially because if you girls were really well off you would never post something like that. People born into money never do. My dad makes in the top .05% of the country, and I would probably be slapped or get both gifts taken away if I acted like I was too good for the purse. So snaps to this girl for being excited that her parents bought her gifts that they didn’t even have to in the first place!
