But you’ve commented on just about every post on this specific comment…?

That said, I love electric daisy carnival! I also really like Rusko, Bar9 (they’re from the UK), Starkey, and most people don’t consider them dubstep because they aren’t “hard” enough, but if you haven’t listened to Pretty Lights, go to youtube right now! It’s especially amazing live, so if he’s ever in your area get some people together and go see him!

I can see how that would be true Kappa G, but the ladies that I hang out with (including myself) don’t resemble the “slam” type of people in the least bit. Boys are boys, whether in a fraternity or not.

I tend to agree with you Carolina Lady. Having spent time at several different schools and meeting fraternity boys from all chapters, backgrounds, and economic status, I have found the majority of fraternity boys are just that: boys. Rude, immature, pompous, and narcissistic. The only thing they have on their minds is drinking, partying, and hooking up. And while I understand that yeah, it’s college, these “frat guys” take it way too far. I go to school in the south (I just transferred to another school in the south from a university in South Carolina), and I was absolutely appalled at the behavior of these Greek boys who are supposed to upstanding gentlemen, particularly the way they treat women. It was truly disgusting. I have never heard the phrase “Do you know who my father is?” more times in my life. I’m sure there are respectable fraternity gentlemen out there somewhere as I have met a handful myself, but the public’s opinion of “frat boys” is generally correct, and I find that incredibly disappointing.

Oh dear. I’m going to keep my mouth shut, but I can’t imagine what some ladies might/are going to say about this. I will tell you this, though: my biological sister went through something like this and let me just tell you, it ends badly no matter how you play it. Too many people get hurt!

Iโ€™m a HUGE makeup buff so:
I just purchased the Temptu airbrush makeup system and I am completely OBSESSED! It stays on forever, which is great since I am in class all day. I also love it because I am preventing wrinkles in the future since I never have to touch my face. For that same reason it is also great at reducing breakouts. It is very expensive, but right now Sephora is having a fabulous deal in-stores. I have uneven skintone, but with the Temptu my skin literally looks flawless, and it doesnโ€™t look like I have on hardly any makeup! Amazing. It has a foundation, bronzer, blush and highlighter.
For concealer I use Laura Mercier after a makeup artist recommended it, and I looooove it! Cliniqueโ€™s mascara in the green tube is to. die. for. I also love Nars for their bronzer (Laguna) and blush (Nars).
I also have a lot of make-up tips if anyone is interested!

Ok, this Temptu sounds wayyy too good to be true! It’s a personal airbrush system you said? I’ve seen ads for some on tv and was intrigued by it but was never sure whether it was just all talk or if it really worked! How much is it and how long does the supply last?!

Hahaha it’s ok, I was just confused with the way it was worded! My parents are the same way, they pay my tuition and rent but that’s it! Neither of them came from super-rich families and worked their bums off to get where they are today, which is very successful! I hope to follow in their footsteps and I’ll definitely pass that knowledge down to my children! Snaps to a girl going through the same thing as me! Panhel love girl! <33

My mom just loves telling this story: I had to wear sticky boobs (I call them by that name too!) for my junior prom because my dress had a low back. Well it was hot and I started sweating and my sticky boobs ended up sliding down my stomach! I ducked into the bathroom to take them off thinking I would be ok for the last couple hours without them, so I stuffed them into my date’s pocket so I wouldn’t have to carry them around. After we got home, I asked for my bra back, but it wasn’t there! Apparently, some poor guy picked up the wrong jacket and found a little surprise in one of the pockets! Oops! ๐Ÿ™‚

Actually Piker, since you obviously care so deeply, my parents pay my full tuition so I won’t be burdened with student loan debts for several years. For being such a hated human being, you post on here a lot.

Thank you white_roses! For both the compliment and having my back! ๐Ÿ™‚
